Wednesday's talks end in deadlock
Postal workers are going on strike today (Thurs) after talks with the Post Office ended in deadlock last night.
Those in the Communications Workers' Union are unhappy at government's planned changes to the conditions of employment.
A spokesperson for the union insists taking industrial action is the last thing they wanted.
Deputy General Secretary Terry Pullinger says the decision to strike isn't made lightly.
