Airline looks set to open Birmingham hub
Flybe looks set to take to the skies again in 2022.
Two years after it went into administration the airline says it will open a new base in Birmingham.
Details of the places it will fly are still sketchy but the company says it will serve key routes across the UK and the European Union.
Flybe operated most of the routes between the Isle of Man and the UK prior to its collapse but there's no information at this stage about a return to Manx airspace.
Previously based in Exeter the airline's new owners have opted for a more central hub at Birmingham.
The company says it will release more information on ticket prices, routes and destinations in the coming weeks.
