CEO calls for government to work closer with third sector
Government needs to work more closely with the third sector to tackle the cost of living crisis on the Isle of Man.
That's the message from the chief executive of the Isle of Man Foodbank.
Neal Mellon says the service has seen an increase in demand as rising fuel, energy and food prices push more people into hardship – including some government workers.
He believes any response to the cost of living crisis needs to be joined up:
Contractors to start installing 20mph signs in Douglas and Onchan
