Island Games team faces Guernsey
Manx competitors at the Natwest Island Games have added more medals to the Island’s tally.
After yesterday’s action in Jersey, the Isle of Man had claimed 26 gold medals as well as 19 silver and 26 bronze.
The Men’s Football team could add to that tally after they beat Shetland 3-1 yesterday to go through to the final, where they’ll face Guernsey.
Chief Executive of the Isle of Man Football Association Frank Stennett said he was proud of all the hard work the team had put in:

Overnight sailings cancelled due to adverse weather
Rapist who 'terrorised' his victim told his sentence was 'entirely justified'
Complaints process for health system changed
Discovery of oiled birds 'makes a mockery of our biosphere status'
Charges now in place for those sending parcels to the EU
