A former Douglas councillor says local government reform is 'absolutely, urgently overdue' and the current system 'is overgrowing and no longer fit for purpose'.
Frank Schuengel, who had his councillor position revoked last month for not attending three consecutive meetings, represented the south ward since July 2021.
