A18 was shut whilst emergency services dealt with incident
Four cyclists have been arrested after going the wrong way on the Mountain Road whilst the route is also currently closed.
Police say the cyclists, who were riding in two separate pairs were stopped at the East Mountain Box.
They've now been detained for contravening a closed road and contravening the one-way system on the A18.
Cycling is not permitted on the route throughout the TT fortnight.
The Mountain Road has since reopened (2.01pm) after the route between Ramsey and the Creg-ny-Baa had been shut during the last few hours to deal with a road traffic incident.
