Friends of the Manx Breast Cancer Support Group were in the pink at Douglas Railway Station last night (Fri)
The charity had the official launch of its appeal to raise funds to build a dedicated breast unit at Noble's hospital.
After gathering at the station for pink champagne and canapes, they enjoyed a three course dinner aboard the steam train dining car.
The Island's breast surgeon Millie Bello says they've set themselves an ambitious target for the unit and it's up to everyone on the Island to help them reach it
