It says it remains 'committed' to providing the information to residents
Garff Commissioners says it will be displaying the plans for the Mooir Vannin offshore windfarm at its offices.
The local authority was initially told the documents would cost more than £1,000 to obtain but has since been given them by the Cabinet Office, as part of the government consultation on the plans.
The consultation can be found here, and closes on 18 November.
Garff Commissioners say having a complete set of the printed plans in the 'heart' of the affected area will be of 'great assistance' to residents as they consider the proposals.
The commissioners say they 'remains committed' to ensuring the community has 'fair and transparent' access to information and will confirm when the papers can be viewed.
