DoI chief says many voters are disillusioned
The infrastructure minister hopes to see more forms of direct democracy introduced into Manx politics.
Phil Gawne MHK wants to engage the section of voters who feel disillusioned at the current process.
The right to recall and e-petition government are just two areas he would like to see progressed.
