Onchan member contacted by concerned constituents
Government correspondence with the public is lacking.
That's according to Onchan MHK Julie Edge, who has tabled a question to the chief minister - asking if there's a policy in place to ensure an appropriate response to public enquiries.
Howard Quayle will provide the answer when Tynwald sits later this week.
She says the question has been prompted by a number of concerned constituents:
