Railway group says it's 'wholly undemocractic' to not complete tracks
Government is being accused of having a 'hidden agenda' against the horse trams on Douglas promenade.
That's from the Manx Electric Railway Society after it was revealed it could be up to two years before finance is sought to complete the tracks from the War Memorial to the Sea Terminal.
Tynwald previously backed plans to keep the tramway covering the entire length of the prom.
The secretary of the society, Julian Nutter, says it's not right to ignore that vote:
