Howard Quayle asks public to be responsible with social media
The Chief Minister has defended the way Government has given the public information about the Island's latest Covid-19 cases.
Howard Quayle was challenged in Tynwald, with a suggestion that the primary concern was retaining our Covid-free status.
He says more than 100 countries use the World Health Organisation's definition - that if you can trace a case that is local transmission, as opposed to community transmission.
Mr Quayle maintains government has always been honest with the public, and is urging people to be responsible about they post on social media:
