Commissioner criticises lack of progress tackling Onchan traffic issues
An Onchan Commissioner says government should fulfil its promise to carry out a traffic flow study in the village.
The assessment was originally due to form part of the 2018-2033 Onchan Road Map, but the Department of Infrastructure is yet to carry the study out.
In response to a recent Tynwald question from MHK Rob Callister, the DoI said a lack of staffing and funds mean it's unlikely to be in a position to complete the work soon.
