Graih says everyone must work together to tackle issue
People without a secure home on the Isle of Man are being urged to reach out and get help as the weather continues to decline.
Graih says hidden homelessness is becoming an increasing issue but there's no real data on it.
The charity says reinforcing co-operation between those who need support and government will lead to a better understanding of the scale of the problem.
