Charles Guard speaks of Island heritage sites
A local historian has spoken out against Tynwald, calling it 'a kind of a sham'.
Charles Guard has been highlighting the importance of the upkeep of Island heritage sites, many of which have fallen into disarray.
Mr Guard says a report on Built Heritage with 19 recommendations will go through Tynwald.
But believes the votes on it will be meaningless:
