Feedback sought on Animal Welfare Bill 2021
There are hopes that the welfare of horses will be protected, for the first time on the Isle of Man, in draft legislation.
A consultation, on the Animal Welfare Bill 2021, is currently live so people can take part in forming the legislation.
It's to protect domestic animals such as dogs, cats and horses from mistreatment and harm as well as wildlife in some cases.
The deadline for submissions is the 5 April - you can find more information here.
