MHK calling for more facilities for people with additional needs
It's hoped a new 'changing places' toilet in Tesco will encourage government to invest in providing more accessible facilities around the Island.
The Victoria Road store in Douglas unveiled it when it opened its doors last week.
It's only the second public toilet with a hoist on the Isle of Man; the other is at the Manx Museum in Douglas.
Changing place toilets are designated spaces for those with additional needs to be changed by their carers.

In a written House of Keys response to Mrs Maltby, last year, the Department of Infrastructure said it would cost £65,000 to build a changing places facility at the Sea Terminal and a decision on installing one is yet to be made.
