No work on reinstatement of remaining trackwork until winter 2023
Horse trams have officially returned to Douglas promenade.
The heritage attraction, along with a timetable for the new season, have been unveiled by the infrastructure minister this lunchtime
It's the first time they've run since 2019 due to the promenade regeneration scheme.
