23 of the proposed amount would be classed as affordable
Dandara is looking for planning approval to build 92 houses on Glenfaba Road in Peel which it says is 'phase two' of housing development in the west.
The proposals include a mix of two, three, four and five bed properties and they say 23 of these will be classed as 'affordable'.
It's also planning to rebuild the Ballaterson Farmhouse, also on Glenfaba Road, and convert the outbuildings there into holiday cottages with parking.
Dandara also plans to have two public open spaces - with one taking on a 'Manx Glen' look and the other as open parkland.
The application is currently pending consideration; the Council of Ministers will be asked to consider, in the near future, if it wishes to 'call the application in for determination'.
