The vice-chair of government's housing board wishes she was more convinced by plans to set up a housing association on the Isle of Man.
Ann Corlett says the proposals, which would manage social housing on the Island, are due to go before Tynwald in April.
She believes the organisation could replace the need for the Housing and Communities Board, but is concerned about the impact it would have on local authorities.
