Cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike say they're 'actively working' to fix a defect in an update for Microsoft Windows users which sparked the incident.
The company's boss has admitted it could be 'some time' before all systems are back up and running - with some experts warning that it could take days for big organisations to get back to normal.
