CEO says deficiencies added extra financial pressures to the healthcare provider
Manx Care says it faced additional financial pressures when deficiencies in their staffing were pointed out to them.
Outgoing Chief Executive Officer, Teresa Cope, has been giving evidence to the Tynwald Social Affairs Committee.
It's amid ongoing discussions about the cost of health spending across the Island.
Ms Cope says they were informed of areas which urgently needed to be filled:
