Police warn of misinformation being spread on social media
Police say they've noticed an increase in TikTokers and influencers spreading misinformation online about the Island's speed limits.
Officers have reported a rise in speeding offences over the TT fortnight, with one rider in Onchan caught going 65mph in a 30mph zone.
Inspector Elliot Butler is in charge of the Constabulary's Operational Support Group.
He says there are some visitors coming over having been told the wrong thing about the Island's roads:

'Essential' that school staff recognise the signs of an allergic reaction
'High' risk of wildfires over the next week
'Come From Away' to continue after cast member injured during rehearsal
'Parks in worse state then when I started' says Peel commissioner
