'Project Doorstep' calling for residents to submit 'what3words' locations
An initiative's hoping to help emergency services on the Isle of Man respond to call outs more quickly.
'Project Doorstep' is asking residents to submit the 'what3words' location of their homes to the Joint Control Room.
They'll then be able to add them to a database which will be used by all the blue light services.
Nick Cayzer is an operator there and came up with the idea:
To submit your details, find your address on what3words.
Then you can email your name, address and the three words given to adminw3w@gov.im.
