Donovan Kitching to appear at court again on 22 September
An inmate accused of assaulting a prison officer will appear in court again later this month.
Thirty-six-year-old Donovan Kitching appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes via a live video link from the Isle of Man prison.
At an earlier hearing, he pleaded not guilty to attacking the officer on 13 March on B wing.
There was no application for bail and Mrs Hughes remanded him in custody to appear again at a pre-trial review on 22 September.
