Prisoner appeared via live video link from the Jurby jail
A serving inmate who’s alleged to have attacked a prison officer has appeared in court.
36 year old Donovan Bradley Kitching appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas courthouse via a live video link from the Jurby jail.
He’s pleaded not guilty to assaulting the officer at the facility on March 13.
Mrs Hughes remanded him in custody until his trial on October 29.
