Government receives further reports of cracks in red concrete
Investigations are underway following reports of further cracking in the new concrete on Douglas promenade.
The Isle of Man Government revealed its been notified the red concrete between the horse tram tracks on Central Promenade has started to crack.
It insists the concrete alongside the rails doesn't appear to be affected, but the situation is being monitored.
The red surface was recently laid as part of the ongoing promenade refurbishment scheme.
