Creamery apologies for cap issue
Isle of Man Creamery says it’s carrying out a ‘thorough investigation’ after customers experienced difficulties opening their milk cartons.
It’s apologised for the ‘inconvenience and frustration’ saying it is taking the matter seriously.
The creamery is working with the carton supplier, Tetra Pak, to identify the cause of the issue with the caps.
“We appreciate your patience and understanding while this investigation is ongoing, and we thank our customers for bringing the issue to our attention.” - Isle of Man Creamery
Customers who have had difficulty are being asked to take a photo of the batch code on the inside of the lid.
You can email them to customerservices@isleofmancreamery.com.
