The Isle of Man Government is urging any Islanders who are in the Middle East to follow guidance issued by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office.

It's in light of ongoing missile strikes in Iran and neighbouring regions.

Flights remain grounded across much of the Middle East as Dubai and Abu Dhabi airports have both been damaged.

In a statement, the government says those in Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, and UAE need to shelter in a secure location and comply with instructions until further notice from those authorities.

You can find the guidelines here: https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice

Meanwhile, a Douglas-based travel company says it is assisting customers in resorts across the Middle East.

Amazing Vacations adds staff are committed to ensuring the clients receive full support during their stay.
