Department of Insfrastructure review CCTV footage
Car parks aren't race tracks, playgrounds or places to eat.
That's the message from the department of infrastructure as it cracks down on irresponsible behaviour in the Island's capital.
Complaints from residents have raised the alarm to loud noise, litter and potential danger late at night.
The department is looking at CCTV footage in Chester street car park and will take action against anyone committing an offence.
Infrastructure minister Phil Gawne says a minority of people are making the lives of residents surrounding the area a "nightmare" by revving engines and honking horns late at night.
He's appealing to people to think of others.
