Minister studying report before making any decisions
The education, sport and culture minister says she needs to study a report about the Southern Swimming Pool – and talk to her Council of Ministers colleagues – before making a decision about it.
The pool's board has reportedly asked to go into special measures.
Last week it was confirmed that staff at the facility had been told they faced possible redundancy unless extra funding could be secured.
Julie Edge has told Manx Radio she needs to have all the details before making any announcement on its future.
