A Manx charity supporting people with alcohol, drug and gambling issues is receiving more than 600 new referrals each year.
Motiv8 says the number of families now accessing help has increased 'massively'.
Support from the Henry Bloom Noble Healthcare Trust has allowed it to continue offering family services.
That came from an anonymous who gave the Trust £25,000 to help Motiv8 make up the £100,000 sum needed to continue its support.
