Sailings resume

There is some localised flooding on the Mountain Road after heavy rain overnight.
Strong winds have led to some branches and general debris on roads, yet there are no major reported problems.
Sailings from the Island have resumed as scheduled after being cancelled last night due to severe gales.
Newspapers will be delivered an hour later today (Wednesday), however, by plane.
They'll be in shops a little later than usual, due to the Ben-my-Chree cancelled sailing to Heysham last night.
