Island reinforces sanctions against Russia

IOM will automatically impose sanctions in line with UK

The Government's imposed further economic sanctions against Russia in line with those introduced by the UK.

Chief Minister Alfred Cannan says the latest moves send out a clear message that the Isle of Man is not a safe haven for Russian money or assets.

Any measures implemented by the United Kingdom will automatically apply on businesses or individuals with financial ties to the Island.
