
The head of the Catholic church in the Isle of Man has paid tribute to the outgoing pope, who announced his shock resignation yesterday.
Pope Benedict the 16th, who's 85, is to step down at the end of the month, saying he no longer has the strength to deal with the demands of the job.
It's the first time in almost 600 years a pontiff has resigned.
