'Versa' uses ingredients taken from local environment
The Island's first restaurant that uses foraging ethic has opened in Port Erin.
'Versa' is the brainchild of Pippa Lovell, who is also in the final shortlist to represent Britain with her foraged Manx dish in the 2019 San Pellegrino Young Chef of the World competition.
Found in Foraging Vintners in Port Erin, the pop up restaurant's menu consists of both locally sourced goods and ingredients taken from within walking distance of the venue.
