Consumer Prices Index stands at 0.1%
Inflation on the Isle of Man didn't change last month, remaining at 0.1%.
Figures released by the government show internet subscriptions, domestic help and pet care were among the areas showing the biggest price increases.
Petrol and oil, tea and oils and other fuels all saw decreases over the 12 months to the end of August.
Air and sea fares, which have been excluded from the monthly reports since April due to coronavirus travel restriction, are included in August's statistics.
