Loss of power at its La Collette plant
People in Jersey are without gas this weekend after a shutdown of the Island's supply, the BBC is reporting.
Island Energy shut its gas network yesterday (Saturday 7 October) for residential and commercial customers across the island after a loss of power at its La Collette plant.
It said it was unable to restore supplies before Monday.
The firm forms part of the Islands Energy Group - which also runs Isle of Man Energy.
