60-year-old yet to enter plea
A Jurby man has appeared in court charged with indecently assaulting a woman at his home.
Sixty-year-old Kenneth Stephen Moore, of The Bretney, appeared at Douglas Courthouse.
He's charged with indecent assault on 6 February but hasn't yet entered a plea.
He was committed to stand trial in the Court of General Gaol Delivery and bailed on the condition he doesn't contact his alleged victim.
He'll appear in the higher court on a date to be fixed.
