Executive director of legal services says process has been 'onerous'
Charities have faced delays registering with the Attorney General's Chambers under new legislation due to a lack of resources.
The chambers' executive director of legal services has been discussing the implementation of the Charities Registration and Regulation Act 2019 in an appearance before a Tynwald committee.
Just over 650 charitable organisations are being administered under the new rules since they were brought in.
