Supporting People in Need and Isle Listen
People will don advocate's wigs this weekend in an effort to raise funds for two local charities.
A 24-hour ‘wig walk’ is taking place at King William’s College between 12pm on Saturday and 12pm on Sunday.
It’s been organised by the Isle of Man Law Society and will support Isle Listen and the society’s own charity People in Need.
Kathryn Clough is the society’s president and says there has been an increase in applications for help from the latter charity over the past year:

Consultation open on plans to formally recognise the heritage of Douglas Head
Drop-in session to support Isle of Man charities
Fundraiser to keep St John Ambulance emergency fleet on the road
Ayre and Michael MHKs request meeting with commissioners over rates
Data breach impact rises sharply as cyber incidents affect thousands on Isle of Man
