Barry Duncan would like to draw on his skillset if elected
A candidate for the Legislative Council elections says he would hope to draw on his entrepreneurial skills, if he became an MLC.
Barry Duncan is an international businessman but he has been an undercover police officer.
He says the idea of putting his name forward came during a discussion with a sitting 'LegCo' member.
He says he feels establishing contacts with present members could be his strength:
