Minister reflects on online provision during lockdown
The education department can learn lessons from the experience of remote teaching during the Covid-19 lockdown.
That's the response from Education Minister Alex Allinson, after criticism from some parents who were unhappy with the online offering for pupils forced to study from home.
A report from the Tynwald Public Accounts Committee highlighted inconsistencies in communication and online provision during the crisis.
Dr Allinson says his department will now look to put a plan in place for any future scenario:
