Great news for relationship between IOM and the city
Mayor of Liverpool Joe Anderson has welcomed the news that planning permission has been granted for the new Manx ferry terminal in Liverpool.
The announcement was made in Tynwald yesterday (Tues 09)
The new facility, at Princes Half Tide Dock, will replace the current pier head and is set to cost £30 million.
It's scheduled to open towards the end of 2020.
Speaking on Mandate this morning, (Wed 10) Mayor of Liverpool Joe Anderson said it was great news for the city's relationship with the Island.
