Customers urged to verify requests and contact airline through official channels
Loganair has issued a warning about fake accounts appearing online and on social media platforms.
The airline has confirmed that it will only contact customers through its official social media channels and will never ask for bank, credit, or debit card details.
Loganair also says that it does not use WhatsApp to communicate with customers and is urging people to verify any suspicious requests by contacting the airline via their official website or by calling 0344 800 2855.
Further assistance can be found at Loganair's Help Centre.
