Charge of possessing drug withdrawn
A man's appeared in court over an allegation he grew cannabis in his council flat.
Thirty-eight-year-old Steven Eric Curtis of Lord Street in Douglas appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas courthouse.
He's charged with cultivating cannabis on 31 March – a further charge of possessing cannabis was withdrawn by the prosecution.
Mrs Hughes granted bail in the sum of £500 and Mr Curtis will next appear on 8 September.
