38-year-old also accused of throwing partner against car
A Ramsey man's been remanded in custody, accused of kicking his girlfriend in the head and throwing her against a car.
Thirty-eight-year-old Geraint Richard Darren Hughes of North Shore Road appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Christopher Arrowsmith at Douglas courthouse.
He hasn't yet entered pleas to charges of criminal damage and causing actual bodily harm during the incident in Sandygate on 31 October.
Mr Arrowsmith refused to grant bail and remanded him in custody to appear in court again on 26 November.
