55-year-old was found to be over twice the legal limit
A 55-year-old man will be sentenced later this year after admitting being drunk in charge of a vehicle.
Nicholas Adam Fleming, of no fixed abode, was found slumped at the wheel of his car on Archallagan Road at 12pm on 18 September.
He failed a roadside breath test and was arrested; subsequent tests showed he was over twice the legal limit.
A social enquiry report will be prepared before Fleming's next court appearance on 14 November.
