Teresa Cope appears before Tynwald committee
The CEO of Manx Care says the health body's whistleblowing processes 'are not that different' from other departments.
Teresa Cope has appeared before a Tynwald committee tasked with examining whether the Isle of Man Government's policies in this area are fit for purpose.
Committee members questioned her on how independent Manx Care is in its approach to whistleblowing.
Ms Cope says, while the healthcare provider is 'arms-length', policies in this area are 'intertwined':
