New chief constable speaks to Manx Radio about his priorities
The Isle of Man Constabulary is a finite resource and members of the public can do their part to help officers.
That's from the new Chief Constable, Russ Foster, who's taken over the role from Gary Roberts after his retirement last week.
Mr Foster says he'll put a 'real focus' on preventing violence against women and girls, particularly in respect of domestic abuse, and tackling drug dealers who exploit children and vulnerable adults.
He told Manx Radio it's important to reach out to the community:
